We ve had the pleasure of dealing with Joe and Jill of Princeton Plumbing multiple times and have been tickled pink with their prompt, *very* reasonably priced service. Yesterday morning we had the internal mechanism (for lack of a better word) malfunction and the toilet wouldn t flush properly. We left a VM and received a call back very shortly and Jill was able to make it out that same day, scheduled for late in the afternoon. Shortly late we got a call from Jill letting us know she had a spot open up for several hours earlier and could come out then. Fantastic! Jill came out and got the toilet repaired in a jiffy. Couldn t ask for better service. We re a customer for life.

I have had many plumbers in 20 years of home ownership; most I would not call a second time. I am enthusiastically awaiting more plumbing needs so that I can experience Princeton Plumbing s efficiency and proficiency again. The entire process to evaluate replace my water heater took 1 hour and 45 minutes. This included a run to the supplier to pick up the requisite parts. And she left it cleaner (tidier) than she found it. I couldn t ask for better or more.

Wow, where do I start? We contacted Princeton Plumbing on July 1st because we had a leaky shower faucet. They were able to send someone out that afternoon. The crew came and spent some time looking at the faucet and identifying the problem. In order to correctly identify the issue they had to remove the faucet handle (more on that later). They said they had to get the part and would be back the next day to complete the job. The next day came and went (we stayed home ALL day) and they never showed up. I thought maybe they were busy and would be here on July 3rd. Again, we remained home, and they never came. I sent a text (a previous method of contact), and received no response. I chalked it up to the long weekend and waited until Monday. When Monday came and went, we were definitely getting upset. I left messages and sent more texts, but never have heard back. After 1 week, we determined that they were completely untrustworthy, and had abandoned the job. I m not sure how they have stayed in business until now, but I would avoid at ALL costs. We ended up using Legacy Plumbing, and they came out and fixed the problem within 1 hour. The only reason it took that long was that Princeton Plumbing had completely stripped the faucet screw during their brief visit, and it had to be drilled out.

Outstanding Service. Heard about them through a friend that recommended Princeton Plumbing. The gentlemen was on time, courteous and didn t charge me an arm and a leg. You won t go wrong with this company. Hard to find trustworthy businesses these days but this seems to be one of them. I will definitely use this company again!!
